Assisting 1180 families from Kirkuk in Erbil and Sulaymaniyah


The Barzani Charity Foundation distributed bedding and food to 300 families from Kirkuk and Tuzkhurmatu in the Surdash camp in Sulaymaniyah province.

On October 22, 2017, as part of charitable campaigns to help the families of Kirkuk and Tuzhurmato who left their areas because of the security situation and the recent tensions and headed towards the city of Sulaymaniyah and surrounding areas, the office of the BCF in Surdash, within the administrative boundaries of Dukan province, distributed 750 blankets and 300 baskets Food for 300 families. In the past few days, the organization also distributed food and children's needs to 400 other families in the same camp.

It is worth mentioning that a large group of residents of Kirkuk and Tuzhurmatu left their areas and the work of the BCF to provide relief and response to their calls for various assistance to them at various stages. This assistance includes those families in cities, districts and districts in Kurdistan to provide food and household needs to those families who have become homeless after leaving the city and heading them to safe places in the provinces of Kurdistan.
