The Barzani Charity Foundation (BCF) jointly with French HAWA organization opened a health clinic on Mount Shingal for the Kurdish Yazidi refugees still living on the mountain.
On Tuesday May 10th, the Barzani Charity Foundation special team continues to provide aid and assistance to Kurdish Yazidi refugees still living on the mountain and in its latest effort BCF jointly with French HAWA organization opened a health clinic
In a special ceremony with the presence of Barzani Charity Foundation general director Sheikh Aziz Sheikh Raza, as well as Shingal mayor Mahma Khalil, the health clinic was opened to serve the refugees on Mount Shingal.
According to BCF information, currently 1805 refugee families living on the mountain.
The French HAWA origination funded the building of the clinic and Kurdistan Region Government’s Health Ministry with the support of Barzani Charity Foundation provided with medicines and medical equipment.
Furthermore, Barzani Charity Foundation plans to build a 12 classes school on Mount Shingal for the refugees.
