This award is given to Barzani Humanitarian Foundation (Barzani Charity Foundation) in recognition of its extraordinary humanitarian initiative in support to the Syrian refugees on the Kurdistan Region of Iraq undertaken in cooperation with United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees.
