In a special Ceremony in Erbil on July 2, 2011, Mr. Masrour Barzani the head of BCF’s Board of Founders, with attendance of many government officials and local companies, opened (Noor Elderly House Center) that included aged care homes and aged handicap care.
At the opening ceremony, Mr. Masrour Barzani gave a speech and explained the role of BCF that has proudly been serving all components and segments in society.
