ERBIL (BCF) – Barzani Charity Foundation (BCF) received Mr. Olivier Decottignies, Consul General of the Republic of France to the Kurdistan Region. Mr. Olivier Decottignies showed France’s readiness to assist the refugees and IDPs in Syria and Kurdistan region.
A delegation from the Consulate General of the Republic of France visited the headquarters of BCF, and Mr. Musa Ahmad head of the BCF greeted the delegation.
Mr. Olivier Decottignies reaffirmed that France will support and assist the IDPs and Syrian refugees and donated 10 million euros to deliver humanitarian assistance.
The current humanitarian situations in the Kurdistan region and Syria were discussed in the meeting. Mr. Ahmad. head of BCF appreciated the support and humanitarian aids from the Republic of France to the IDPs and refugees.
