The United Arab Emirates (UAE) Consul General in Erbil, Ahmad al-Dhahry, visited the BCF headquarters on Tuesday, February 16, 2021, to implement further projects and strengthen cooperation.
The head of the BCF, Musa Ahmad welcomed the UAE Consul General and his accompanying delegation. Mr. Ahmad reiterated the importance of the relationship between the UAE and the BCF.
During the meeting, both sides discussed how circumstances had changed since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. They discussed the critical role of humanitarian organizations in the current situation.
The BCF and UAE organizations will continue to implement charitable projects to benefit IDPs, refugees, and other vulnerable populations.
