Responsibilities:
路 Work collaboratively with the project manager and team to maximize productivity.
路 Collaborate with the whole project team, contributing to the entire project lifecycle.
路 Organize and monitor schedules and see if the deadlines are met.
路 Coordinate efforts within the team and with outside consultants efficiently.
路 Report updates in written form to Project Manager.
路 Archiving the documents making sure they are kept safe and easily retrieved.
路 Works with and maintains data management and filing for projects/program/events reports/etc.
路 Complete any necessary administrative tasks, such as research and email.
路 Keep records of all information related to the project for documentation, clarification, and presentation to Project Manager.
路 Assist the Project Manager in the overall implementation of the project
路 Provides administrative and logistical support for projects, initiatives, and programs including travels within an BCF environment.
路 Preparing distribution needs.
路 Request鈥檚 wheelchairs/other Handicap鈥檚 erumpent from warehouse.
路 Takes disabled person’s measurements during activities and distributions.
路 Coordinate with the health Sector for Medical Activities
路 Take care of Employee鈥檚 Health in the office
路 Providing First Aid in the office during emergencies
路 Build a good Relation between Health Authorities and BCF office in the relevant location.
路 Propose and raise the activity ideas related to Health/Disability & Special needs.
路 Any other tasks required by the Project Manager.
Requirements:
路 Bachelor or diploma degree in a relevant field required (Medical Schools). )Physical therapist , Nurse , Medics , other Medical Collages/Schools )
路 Fluency in Kurdish, English and Arabic (written and oral).
路 Minimum of (1) year relevant work experience.
路 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
路 Able to proactively address potential issues.
路 Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook).
路 Collaborative working style and team-player attitude.
路 Able to work independently with little supervision.
路 Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
路 Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to the team鈥檚 success.
路 Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
