The BCF in cooperation with the Kuwait Society For Relief will establish the College of Islamic sciences in Tikrit University.
On 31 OCT 2021 a delegation of Tikrit University headed by Dr. Waad Mahmoud Rauf, the President of Tikrit University and Dr. Saad Mahmoud Yasin the Dean of College of Islamic Sciences in Tikrit University, they visited the BCF and were warmly welcomed by Mr. Ibrahim Samin, the Vice President of the Foundation. In the meeting light was shed on the situation of the Iraqi IDPs in the Kurdistan Region that live in the camps and ways of providing them more services were discussed. Also in the same meeting they signed the contract of establishing the College of Islamic Sciences in Tikrit University which will be established by the BCF and the Kuwait Society for Relief.
