A German delegation, consisting of Deputy Ambassador to Iraq, Mr. Maximilian Rash and Mr. Klaus Streicher, Consul General of Germany in Erbil and their accompanying delegation visited Mam Rashan camp in Duhok province on July 4, 2023. They were welcomed by the camp Administration staff and the Barzani Charity Foundation’s representatives.
After exchanging information about the problems facing the IDPs, the German delegation visited several families living in the camp to learn about their situation and the services being provided.
The purpose of the visit was to learn more about the living conditions of the camp residents and how to boost joint efforts with the BCF to improve the well-being of the IDPs in the camp.
