On December 19, 2023, Mr. Musa Ahmad, President of Barzani Charity Foundation (BCF) and his accompanying delegation visited Mr. Osman Dawood Al-Dawood, Consul General of Kuwait in Erbil to express their condolences to the people of Kuwait on the death of the Emir of Kuwait (Sheikh Nawaf Ahmed Jaber Al-Sabah)
On behalf of the Presidency of Barzani Charity Foundation, all employees, volunteers, children, refugees and displaced persons, Mr. president of Barzani Charity Foundation extended his condolences to the family of the late Emir of Kuwait, the Consul General of Kuwait in Erbil and the Kuwaiti people in general. And also, stressed that the late Sheikh has always been in the service of humanity, the poor, refugees and displaced persons, through the Consul of Kuwait in Kurdistan and through the Barzani Charity Foundation, he has always helped orphans in Kurdistan and Iraq focusing on refugees was also one of his priorities. He prayed that God forgive him and grant him Paradise and patience to his family and everyone.
For his part, the Consul General of Kuwait in Erbil thanked the Barzani Charity Foundation for its sympathy and appreciated all the humanitarian work, projects and activities of the Barzani Charity Foundation.
