Barzani Charity Foundation (BCF) will open an exhibition of paintings and handicrafts in Afrin on the occasion of World Education Day and awards the participants.
Barzani Center for Culture and Development in Afrin, which belongs to the Barzani Charity Foundation (BCF), on the occasion of World Education Day, on January 24, 2024, held various activities, which included the opening of an exhibition of paintings and handicrafts Folklore dancing and distribution of certificates to graduates of vocational courses and first bachelor’s degrees.
More than 700 people and representatives of a number of humanitarian and civil organizations, government offices, directors of education and heads of councils participated in a ceremony dedicated to the World Education Day, and Several cultural, educational and honorary activities were held which was organized by the Barzani Center for Culture and Development in Afrin.
Mr. Rawaj Haji, a member of the Executive Board of Barzani Charity Foundation and in charge of the Afrin issue, said that an exhibition of paintings was opened in the ceremony, which was attended by several artists, and certificates were distributed to 140 participants. Also, he claimed “In the past six months, 13 trainings have been conducted in computer courses, sewing, mobile phone repair, language learning and several other sectors. During the same period, the first bachelor’s students were presented with gifts.”
After the opening of the office of the Barzani Charity Foundation in Afrin, various aid items have been delivered to the residents of the area, including food, non-food, health and cultural and vocational courses.
