Barzani Charity Foundation projects in the food, non-food and cash sectors during the holy month of Ramadan

Barzani Charity Foundation (BCF) announces various projects sponsored by local and foreign investors and organizations every year with the arrival of the holy month of Ramadan. The purpose of these projects is to provide maximum assistance to refugees, displaced, low-income families, orphans and the disabled.
Within the framework of this year’s Ramadan projects, the following projects were carried out, including: distribution of food parcels, provision of dinner (Iftar) meals, distribution of flour and oil, provision of dinner meals for orphans, distribution of food baskets in coordination with Haji Yahya Charity Foundation, distribution of Food baskets with the assistance of Galiawa Group, providing dinner for Kalar orphans, distribution of chickens, zakat projects, cash assistance to 20 families with patients, Polish orphans project, Nozhin project, Ramadan program in Shiladze and We are with you campaign in Kirkuk.
Barzani Charity Foundation (BCF) has carried out the following activities within the framework of the food and non-food aid project during the holy month of Ramadan:
Dry food sector and meals and number of beneficiaries by provinces:
Erbil: Distribution of 14,943 food parcels
Duhok: Distribution of 13,931 food parcels
Sulaimani: Distribution of 2,605 food parcels
Kirkuk: Distribution of 6,750 food parcels
Mosul: Distribution of 6,500 food parcels
Halabja: Distribution of 500 food parcels
dinner: 30,000 hot meals served during dinner in Erbil.
Distribution of flour and oil in Erbil 2,000
dinner for orphans in Erbil 324 orphans and their families. With two baskets of food for each family.

Food baskets in coordination with Haji Yahya Charity Foundation in Erbil 1,000

Also in the non-food sector and the number of beneficiaries consisted of families with patients, orphans and low-income families, in different provinces and cities and towns, which were as follows:
Cash assistance for 20 families with patients.
Cash assistance to orphans in the Poland project ($13,350) 13 orphans in Erbil and 15 orphans in Sinjar.
Cash assistance from the Zakat project sponsored by Mr. Khalid Khoshnaw, $200 per low-income family. 500 families in Erbil, 400 in Duhok, 350 in Sulaimani, 250 in Kirkuk, 250 in Halabja and 150 in Garmian benefited.
Cash, food and non-food assistance to 190 families in Shiladze.
100 families benefited from cash and food assistance in the project (We are with you) in Kirkuk.
During the holy month of Ramadan, 15 houses were provided to 15 poor families in Nozhin project.
