Barzani Charity Foundation and Korek Telecom company launched a campaign to assist poor and low-income families in the Kurdistan Region and Iraq.
The first day of the campaign announced on, Thursday, May 30, 2019. Poor and low-income families were assisted, the activities will be held provinces of (Baghdad, Erbil, Sulaymaniyah, Duhok, Nineveh, Kirkuk, Basrah, Nasiriyah, Samawah).
Food parcels will be provided for (7,000) families in all the nine provinces, before the end of the holy month of Ramadan the activities will be done everywhere.
The first day of the campaign (4,500) families were provided with food parcels in the provinces of (Erbil, Sulaymaniyah, Duhok, Kirkuk, Nineveh, Basrah), (2,500) more families, in provinces of (Baghdad, Nasiriyah, Samawah), will be assisted in the coming days.
