How to apply for job vacancies in BCF
The process of employment in BCF will be like this, whenever there is any project or position, the vacancy will be posted on the website. You can submit your application online and attach your pdf CV. Then, it goes through some steps.
A commission will evaluate the CVs that we received online. Generally, 10 to 15 CVs will be shortlisted to be tested. Later, six best-tested candidates will be interviewed by three commission members. After evaluating the results of the test and interview, the right candidate will be chosen for the position and start working.
