In the presence of the Deputy President of Barzani Charity Foundation and a number of government officials, civil activists and journalists, Barzani Charity Foundation awarded a number of successful students in Sulaimani.
In the presence of the Deputy President of Barzani Charity Foundation and a number of government officials, civil activists and journalists, in a ceremony that took place in August 24, 2025, Barzani Charity Foundation awarded 37 successful students in Sulaimani whom finished their studying stages with the support and help from Barzani Charity Foundation.
Dr. Ibrahim Samin, Deputy President of Barzani Charity Foundation, welcomed the participants and said: “Barzani Charity Foundation has always been honored to serve humanity in every aspect of life and has tried to find a way to serve Sulaimani and this holy region. And he also added: “On this holy occasion, we will award prizes and honors to those students who worked together with Barzani Charity Foundation during their studies and before their studies for educational purposes.
The Deputy President of the Barzani Charity Foundation, in his speech, stressed that the Barzani Charity Foundation considers itself as a servant of Kurdistan and about the students who were awarded, said: “These students can put their ideas into practice with the Barzani Charity Foundation and serve their society and humanity through the Barzani Charity Foundation, which is their home.” He also said: “Barzani Charity Foundation has several important projects that serve the people of Kurdistan and the region. We are happy to open such a door in the coming years and through our donors to proudly serve Sulaimani and the people that need us in the field of education, health and lifestyle”.
The Deputy President of Barzani Charity Foundation stressed that “the honorable people of Sulaimani and its surroundings have always supported Barzani Charity Foundation” and asked them to continue their support, together with Barzani Charity Foundation to fill the gaps and shortcomings. He added that donors, especially in the project (Orphans’ Home) of the Barzani Charity Foundation have played a great role and currently the Barzani Charity Foundation has embraced more than 16,000 dear children (orphans).
