Position: Autism Child Trainer
Contract Type: Fixed-term contract
Working Days & Hours: Saturday to Thursday, 8:30 AM–4:00 PM
Work Location: Barzani Charity Foundation Headquarters / UAE Autism Center
Gender: Open to both males and females
Monthly Salary: IQD 800,000 (subject to applicable social security deductions)

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and implement training plans and programs following approval by the Training Coordinator.
Comply with the instructions and directives of the immediate supervisor.
Monitor children and provide relevant information about their progress to the immediate supervisor.
Maintain, organize, and safeguard children’s files and records.
Receive and document observations and feedback regarding children with autism.
Maintain effective coordination and communication with teachers and other Center staff.
Prepare weekly reports on the children under the trainer’s care and discuss them with the relevant coordinator.
Maintain the equipment and ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the Center.
Maintain the personal hygiene and cleanliness of children with autism and assist with cleaning when necessary.
Maintain appropriate professional attire, personal hygiene, and a neat appearance.
Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of children with autism.
Train and support assistant trainers and teachers working at the Center.
Coordinate with physicians and other Center staff throughout the training process.
Participate in the Center’s administrative and professional meetings.
Participate in meetings with the families of children with autism when required.
Participate in training courses organized by the Center when applicable.
Visit the homes of children with autism when necessary or upon the request of the Training Coordinator.
Welcome children when they arrive at the Center and assist them when leaving for their homes.
Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Special Education, or Psychology.
At least one year of relevant work experience.
Good level of computer and internet skills.
Language Requirements
Kurdish: Very good reading, writing, and speaking skills.
English: Good reading, writing, and speaking skills.
Arabic: Good reading, writing, and speaking skills.
Important Notes
