Barzani Charity Foundation helps the victims of terrorism

Barzani Charity Foundation has a bright history in helping victims of terrorism, and a notable example is that after the 2014 tragedy when ISIS fighters committed genocide against the Yazidies, Barzani Charity Foundation as the first aid agency and foundation, delivered aid to Mount Sinjar by helicopter, where a large number of Yazidi Kurds, including women, children and the elderly, had taken refuge.
In 2015, the Barzani Charity Foundation opened an office on Mount Sinjar. Because the displaced people in Mount Sinjar needed drinking water, food, clothing and shelter. While Sinjar was not liberated, he built schools on Mount Sinjar and provided them with electricity and water wells. So far, about 300 orphans in Sinjar are being helped so that they do not drop out of school.
Barzani Charity Foundation’s Projects in Sinjar:
– The Restoration of Life Project for the People of Sinjar, which will build houses for families who have lost their dependents.
– Sinjar Center for Educational and Vocational Courses – About 2,000 people have participated in it and small projects have been created for them.
– Grnzhin Home Project – which will continue in Sheikhan, Amedi and Sinjar since 2021 and is dedicated to children with disabilities and autism.
– Vocational Course Center project with the assistance of the German organization (IGFM) – which lasted for six months and 30 people (14 girls and 16 boys) participated.
– Construction of 20 houses for those who survived ISIS.
Barzani Charity Foundation reaffirms its support for the victims of terrorism on the World Day of Remembrance for the Victims of Terrorism.
