The Erbil Office of Barzani Charity Foundation, in collaboration with Mr. Lawyer Safin Yasin, opened a course on directing skills towards the labor market for university students on Sept 1, 2025 at Soran University. The course will continue for five days and on the first day of the course, the speech of Mr. Musa Ahmad, President of Barzani Charity Foundation, was read by Mr. Karzan Nuri, member of the Executive Board of Barzani Charity Foundation. It was emphasized that greater coordination between humanitarian organizations and academic centers to work together and carry out joint projects, in ensuring a brighter future for students will play a positive role. Especially in the field of directing the abilities of university students towards the labor market, so that they can become employers and be able to serve both themselves and their community and country.
Also, Mr. Dr. Sherwan Sharif Qurtas, Dean of Soran University, in his speech highlighted the importance of directing students’ abilities towards the labor market and expressed his gratitude to the organizers for this activity.
Mr. Saro Qadir, President of Kurdistan Research and Development Institute and Ms. Stav Aso, Director of Erbil Office of Barzani Charity Foundation discussed the measures of directing the skills of university students towards the labor market for the participants.
