- Design and implement project-based fundraising strategies tailored to organizational needs.
- Learn to develop compelling proposals and manage donor relationships over time.
- Enable participants to double or triple fundraising income over time through strategic leadership.
- Help organizations diversify funding sources and reduce dependency on single streams.
- Identifying and map potential local funding sources.
- Enhancing participants’ ability to build relationships with local donors and stakeholders.
