For this purpose, today the Barzani Charity Foundation signed an agreement with Hiba Foundation for Sustainable Development for the construction of a special building for the development of the capacities of orphans and widows in Erbil, the capital of the Kurdistan Region. He said: “This building is financially sponsored by the State of Kuwait and is being constructed in coordination with the Barzani Charity Foundation and Hiba Foundation for Sustainable Development.”
