Position Title: Autism Child Trainer
Contract Type: Fixed-term contract
Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 8:30 AM–4:00 PM
Work Location: Barzani Charity Foundation Headquarters / Emirates Autism Center
Gender: Open to both male and female applicants
Monthly Salary: IQD 800,000, including the applicable social security deduction

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and implement training plans and programs following approval by the Training Coordinator.
Follow the instructions and directives of the direct supervisor.
Monitor children and provide relevant updates and information to the direct supervisor.
Maintain, organize, and safeguard children’s files and records.
Record observations and notes regarding the behavior and activities of children with autism.
Maintain effective coordination and communication with teachers and other center staff.
Prepare weekly reports on the children receiving training and discuss them with the relevant specialist/coordinator.
Maintain the center’s equipment and ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the facility.
Maintain the personal hygiene and cleanliness of children with autism and assist them with cleaning when necessary.
Maintain appropriate personal hygiene and wear clean, appropriate, and professional clothing.
Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of children with autism.
Provide guidance and training to assistant trainers and teachers working at the center.
Coordinate with doctors and other center staff throughout the training and rehabilitation process.
Participate in the center’s administrative and professional meetings.
Participate in meetings with the families of children with autism when required.
Participate in training courses organized by the center when required.
Visit the homes of children with autism when necessary or when requested by the Training Coordinator.
Welcome children upon their arrival at the center and accompany them when they leave to return home.
Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the direct supervisor.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Special Education, or Psychology.
Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
Good proficiency in using computers and the internet.
Language Requirements
Kurdish: Very good proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
English: Good proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
Arabic: Good proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
Important Notes
