How to apply for job vacancies in BCF
The employment process at BCF is as follows:
Whenever there is a new project or vacant position, the vacancy will be announced on the BCF website. Interested applicants can submit their applications online and upload their CV in PDF format.
After submission, all received CVs will be reviewed. Eight (8) to ten (10) candidates will be shortlisted and invited to a written test. From the candidates who successfully pass the test, one top three candidates will be invited for a face-to-face interview.
Based on the final results (the average of the test score and interview score), the top-ranked candidate will be hired.
Notes:
- All applicants who are not contacted by BCF within three (3) weeks should consider their applications not selected.
- The following applicants will be directly excluded from the shortlisting process and will not be eligible to work with BCF:
- If he/she is under 18 years of age.
- If the main requirements stated in the announcement are not met.
- If he/she is a student.
- If he/she is a government employee or a party cadre.
- If he/she has Level 1, 2, or 3 relatives working at BCF.
