4. Align supply chain activities with donor regulations, BCF policies, and humanitarian standards.
5. Improve coordination between procurement, logistics, finance, and program teams.
6. the importance of supplier negotiation, and the contracting.
7. Understand risk management and how to ensure transparency and accountability in the daily procurement activities.
