Barzani Charity Foundation, in collaboration with the Immortal Barzani Educational Community, launched a special summer course for Azizan and children of martyrs on August 17, 2026. The course is organized through the Azizan and Widows Unit of the Erbil Office at the Mali Azizan .
The summer course aims to provide participants with a meaningful and enjoyable way to spend their time through educational, sports, and artistic activities, while helping them develop their skills, talents, and abilities.
As part of the program, four specialized courses are being offered in swimming, taekwondo, chess, and music. Each course has 10 participants, five girls and five boys, bringing the total number of beneficiaries to 40 Azizan of both genders.
Objectives of the Courses:
Swimming: To strengthen physical fitness, develop water safety and self-protection skills, and promote energy and a positive spirit among the Azizan.
Taekwondo: To develop self-defense skills, enhance self-confidence, and promote mental resilience, calmness, and discipline.
Chess: To strengthen strategic thinking, improve concentration, and develop problem-solving skills.
Music: To nurture artistic appreciation, provide opportunities for emotional expression, and promote psychological well-being and inner peace.
Through these educational, sports, and artistic activities, Barzani Charity Foundation and the Immortal Barzani Educational Community seek to create a joyful and hopeful environment for the Azizan while providing them with opportunities to develop their talents, abilities, and personal skills.
