The Barzani Charity Foundation (BCF), a non-governmental, non-profit humanitarian organization, invites qualified companies to participate in a tender for the procurement and installation of a solar energy system under the Productive and Sustainable – Amedi Project.

Project Name: Installation of a 20 kW Solar Power System – Sheladizê / Amedi
Location: Duhok Governorate, Amedi District – Sheladizê, behind the Sheladizê Health Center.
Tender Documents
Interested companies may visit the Barzani Charity Foundation Office to obtain the tender documents between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
Tender document collection period:
Sunday, 06/09/2026 to Monday, 14/09/2026
Tender documents will be available for collection during seven working days.

Tender Submission
Completed tender documents must be returned on Tuesday, 15/09/2026, before 12:00 PM, to the same location from which the tender documents were obtained.
The Barzani Charity Foundation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders in accordance with its applicable procedures and regulations.
Eligibility and Required Documents
Participating companies must provide the following requirements when collecting the tender documents:
The company must be legally registered and hold a valid license to operate in the solar energy systems sector.
The company must demonstrate previous experience in Solar PV projects, supported by relevant documentation.
The company must have a qualified technical team and provide supporting documentation identifying the team members.
The company must provide its annual tax clearance certificate issued by the relevant tax authority.
Companies are required to conduct a site visit to the project location.
