On 20/2/2026, the Afrin Office of the Barzani Charity Foundation distributed financial assistance to 64 students from the Kurdish Department at the Teacher Training Institute in Afrin.
After the Foundation’s Afrin Office commenced its operations and witnessed steady progress, it placed special emphasis on supporting the educational and professional development of the local community. In this regard, it established the “Barzani Center for Culture and Development.”
The activities of the Center encompass a wide range of cultural and developmental programs. In coordination with the Afrin Education Directorate, educational courses and training workshops are regularly organized and implemented.
In addition to launching various courses, supporting students, and providing medical and humanitarian assistance, the Afrin Office of the Barzani Charity Foundation has also extended special care to orphaned children, offering them a variety of essential services and support.
