A delegation of Peace Village Organization and one of the children who was sent to Germany for medical treatment, visited Barzani Charity Foundation and Peace Village Organization reaffirmed their support for sick children in the Kurdistan Region. The “Mobile Medical Clinic Project” will also start in the camps in Duhok province.
Peace Village Organization, led by Ms. Brigitte Stiffler, and Zmnako, one of the children sent to Germany for medical treatment, visited the Presidency of Barzani Charity Foundation in Erbil on July 23, 2025 and were welcomed by Musa Ahmad, President of Barzani Charity Foundation.
The President of Barzani Charity Foundation thanked Ms. Brigitte Stiffler and Peace Village Organization for their humanitarian assistance and expressed his happiness that Zmanako has returned to Kurdistan after a long period of treatment in Germany.
During the visit, Peace Village Organization decided to help and support the sick children to be treated and operated on inside the country. Also, a “mobile medical clinic project” has been launched in camps in Duhok province to provide more services to IDPs and refugees in this region.
Peace Village Organization has several joint projects in the field of children’s health with Barzani Charity Foundation and recently 17 Kurdish children have been sent to Germany for medical examination and treatment through this organization.
