On January 1, 2022, due to a rainstorm that caused a flood in several neighborhoods of Erbil, the BCF emergency teams instantly started providing aid including hot meals for the residents of the Zeelan City, Pirash, Sebardan, New Erbil, and Shawes neighborhoods.
The beneficiaries who received hot meals were consisting of 1500 individuals whose houses were damaged by the flood.
