Mr. Abdulwahid Amin, Director of Barzani Charity Foundation (BCF) Duhok Office, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Mr. Dr. Amir Ibrahim, Director of Vin Laboratory in Duhok on 23 November According to the agreement, 50% discount for any medical examination will be given to local people, refugees and asylum seekers, including:
• Proud families of Peshmerga martyrs.
• Living martyrs.
• Peshmerga and family members (mother, father, sister, brother, spouse and children).
• People with disabilities in general.
• Dear Families (Orphans)
• Low-income families.
• Aging.
