Barzani Charity Foundation held a special ceremony in all its offices to commemorate World Human Resources Day.
May 20 is designated as World Human Resources Day every year. This day is dedicated to recognizing and appreciating the role of those working in human resources. World Human Resources Day aims to express appreciation for HR practitioners in promoting workplace culture, employee development and organizational success, as well as raising awareness of the strategic importance of HR in the areas of talent management, safety, inclusion and innovation. Incentives to follow the best policies, such as ethical leadership, fair hiring and the “Employee is the Center of Power” policy.
This year (2025) World Human Resources Day was celebrated under the title “Humanization of Artificial Intelligence: Advancing Change Together”. ¬
Barzani Charity Foundation (BCF) held a special ceremony in all its offices to commemorate World Human Resources Day. Congratulatory letters were presented to all employees of Barzani Charity Foundation by Musa Ahmad. They celebrated at the agency’s headquarters and in its Duhok, Sulaimani, Kirkuk, Garmian and Sinjar offices. The human resources report of the agency were presented in the form of workshops. Cooking competitions were held in some offices and the winners were awarded.
