President Masoud Barzani Congratulates the Barzani Charity Foundation on Its 21st Anniversary
On the occasion of the 21st anniversary of the Barzani Charity Foundation (BCF), President Masoud Barzani extended his warm congratulations to the President, the Executive Board, and all staff members of the Foundation.
In his congratulatory message, President Barzani expressed his appreciation for the Foundation’s humanitarian work and activities both within the Kurdistan Region and beyond.
