Working Hours: 08:30 am to 03:00 pm
Salary: 930,000 IQD (Includes to social allowance)

 Core Functions / Responsibilities:

 

  1. Make sure data is up to date; collecting and gathering data of the camp, in terms of new arrivals, departures and Maintain database/s on daily basis.
  2. Ensure providing Deputy Camp Coordinator with reports on time.
  3. Determines data needed to be collected and the appropriate data resources for specific data projects.
  4. Ensure database backup on daily basis.
  5. Ensure all information are kept confidential and not sharing any data with other agencies and donors only with Deputy Camp Coordinator’s formal confirmation.
  6. Ensures data system is operational.
  7. Responsible for camp database (checking, fixing and maintaining) any works related to database of the camp.
  8. Develops data collection and evaluation methodologies, including format design, project criteria and requirements.
  9. Facilitate to Distribution Officer and Storekeeper regarding preparing PDM or any reports related to distribution.
  10. S/he is responsible for BCF and ASSIST cards. And responsible for (checking, fixing and maintaining) any works related to ASSIST.
  11. S/he is responsible for filling out the designated provided links.
  12. Produce reports bases on line managers enquiry.
  13. Any other tasks/responsibilities requested by line manager.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of (2) years’ experience in management.
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem – solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Very good in English and Arabic Language
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Office, Internet and mailing) and Reporting
  • organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
