The Barzani Charity Foundation (BCF), a non-governmental, non-profit humanitarian organization, invites qualified companies to participate in a tender for the Interior Design of the Drug Awareness and Rehabilitation Center.

Erbil Governorate, New Erbil District, near Mass City Complex.
Interested companies may visit the BCF field office to collect the tender documents and obtain further details regarding the requirements. The documents can be collected between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM during the following period:

Completed tender documents must be submitted to the same location before 11:00 AM on 03/09/2026.
The tender opening process will be conducted by an impartial tender committee.
Requirements for Companies Participating in the Tender
Participating companies must provide the following documents and qualifications when collecting the tender documents:
The company must be legally registered and licensed to operate in Iraq and/or the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
Demonstrated experience in interior design, architectural engineering, or related services.
Evidence of having completed similar projects within the past five years.
A qualified and experienced technical team.
