Core Functions / Responsibilities
- Planning and Defining Scope.
- Activity Planning and Sequencing, Responsible for the development and management of the project activities, project budget, and donor reports.
- Developing Schedules.
- Time Estimation.
- Developing a Budget and Maintain up to date project plans based on activities and financial progress.
- Creating Charts and Schedules.
- Managing Risks and Issues.
- Monitoring and Reporting Progress supervision.
- Team Leadership.
- Controlling Quality.
- Document and archive the project implementation.
- Coordinating with local Authority related to the project.
- Identifies problems and communicates solutions to appropriate personnel and departments.
- Reporting to line manager on Regular Bases, Ensure timely and accurate contributions to project reports, Monthly, quarterly and final reports.
- Any other tasks/responsibilities requested by line manager.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree of (Pharmacy).
- Very good in English language skills “writing and speaking “.
- Good in Arabic language skills “writing and speaking”.
- With Good Computer and Communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
