On the recommendation of the KRG prime minister Mr. Masrour Barzani, the BCF provided aid including flour and kerosene to the IDPs of the Sinjar Mountain on January 23, 2022. Each household received a bag of flour and 40 liters of kerosene.
The residents of Sinjar Mountain are in need of continued humanitarian assistance. The BCF is consistently delivering aid to them through its office in XanaSor located in Sinjar, but they require further assistance from the humanitarian NGOs to get fully equipped in the winter.
