The President of the Barzani Charity Foundation received the Emir of the Yezidis in Kurdistan and the world and both sides emphasized that they should continue and expand their coordination and relations to continue serving humanity.
Mir Hazim Tahsin Bag, Emir of the Yezidis in Kurdistan and the world, visited the Presidency of Barzani Charity Foundation in Erbil on Sunday, October 19, 2025, and was received by Musa Ahmad, President of Barzani Charity Foundation.
In the meeting, the Emir of the Yezidis in Kurdistan and the world appreciated the projects and activities of the Barzani Charity Foundation during the past twenty years and expressed his gratitude for the assistances from the Foundation to the Yezidis brothers and sisters in different and difficult stages.
For his part, the President of Barzani Charity Foundation, while welcoming the guest delegation, highlighted the comprehensive efforts for reconciliation, coexistence and unity between the ethnic and religious communities of Kurdistan and hoped that after all the misery and disasters that they have been through, they can live for a while in peace far from war.
Both sides stressed the need to continue and expand their coordination and relations to serve humanity.
