Ambassador of France to Iraq Visits Barzani Charity Foundation

Aiming to continue and promote the coordination projects, the ambassador of France to Iraq accompanied by the Consul General of France in Erbil and experts from the Crisis Centre of the French Ministry and Foreign Affairs visited Barzani Charity Foundation (BCF).

Ambassador of France to Iraq, Bruno Aubert recognized the role of BCF in helping IDPs and refugees in the Kurdistan region and Iraq, he also reaffirmed on conducting more collaborative humanitarian projects with BCF.

Head of the BCF, Musa Ahmad mentioned the invaluable efforts of France for supporting BCF in its humanitarian projects to assist the displaced persons and refugees.

The delegation invited BCF to visit France discussing more collaboration projects and find a more effective mechanism to support victims and disadvantaged people in the area.

The delegation’s visit is at a time where currently Kurdistan region hosts almost (20) thousand Syrian refugees, and the number is increasing every day.
