Barzani Charity Foundation (BCF) distributed the monthly allowances, provided by Kurdistan donors, to orphans as follows:
Distribution of the aid started in Erbil on June 19, 2023.
The total number of beneficiaries of the Erbil office was 827 orphans, each one received $300. Nine of these beneficiaries are elderly girls, each of which was given $100.
The foundation is planning to fully implement the distribution process before Eid al-Adha.
In Kirkuk, 639 beneficiaries received the monthly aid. A total of $191,700 was distributed.
A total of 596 orphans in Sulaimaniyah province and 235 others in Raparin region and Said Sadiq district have benefited from the cash assistance.
in Zakho, 90 orphans received the aid on June 18, 2023, with a total of $27,000.
Meanwhile, 93 orphans in Soran received the aid. The total amount was $27,900.
82 other children in Kalar and surrounding areas received the aid on June 18, 2023. The total amount was $24,600.
Meanwhile, 87 orphans in Amedi region benefited from the assistance. the total amount was $26,100.
