BCF Delivers Aid to Flood-affected People of Shirqat

The recent flooding in Shirqat town in Salahaddin Province caused serious damage to 30,000 houses and left 12 people dead.

The Aid and Relief Department of Barzani Charity Foundation (BCF) delivered life-saving assistance to the flood-affected people on November 24, 2018.

According to media sources, the flood level reached one meter high, causing serious damage to the houses, leaving 5,000 people displaced and 12 others, mostly women and children, dead.
