A delegation of Peace Village, Germany, led by Claudia Pepmler, Director of Public Relations of the organization, visited the Presidency of Barzani Charitable Foundation in Erbil on 16/12/2025 and were warmly welcomed by Musa Ahmad, President of Barzani Charitable Foundation.
The meeting discussed joint projects and work in the past and both sides appreciated each other’s duties. It was also emphasized that they will continue to work together in the field of health and medical assistance to the people in need.
Within the framework of the joint projects between Barzani Charitable Foundation and the German organization (Peace Village), health services have been provided in several stages.
In the past, a number of children with complicated health conditions were examined and treated in Germany.
In a new phase this year, children in need of medical treatment were identified in Erbil and Duhok and their cases can be treated inside the Kurdistan Region.
As a result of this process, a group of children were able to be seen and classified according to their conditions, so that they could receive medical treatment in the near future.
